Shipping policy
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately at getnexheal@gmail.com if any information is incorrect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, provided that payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if this applies to your order.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the fulfillment center handling your order. As a general guide:
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Europe and other supported countries: 12–25 business days
These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery may be sooner or later depending on customs clearance, local postal service conditions, and other factors outside our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that these are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $4.00 USD — applied to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping
- Free Shipping: available on qualifying orders, depending on the products and bundles in your cart
Free shipping eligibility is calculated automatically at checkout, where the applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Thresholds may vary by product and are subject to change based on current promotions and available bundles.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Please note that tracking information may not be immediately active for the first 2–5 business days after dispatch. Gaps between scans are normal and do not indicate a problem with your delivery.
If your tracking has not updated after 10 business days from dispatch, please contact us at getnexheal@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Nexheal ships internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government upon delivery.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee paid at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If you are unsure whether import duties apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
Order not received: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking link provided. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at getnexheal@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Nexheal is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
