Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags and packaging intact

Important hygiene notice

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wearable wellness devices (including shoulder braces, heat packs, or massage support gear) are not eligible for return if they have been worn, tried on, or show any signs of use, even if used briefly.

Return authorization

To start a return, contact us at getnexheal@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (including change of mind or incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used products
  • Health, personal care, or hygiene-related items once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. This right does not apply to products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International orders

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs on international orders.
